目的 为了解飞行员群体锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、锰(Mn)和钼(Mo)的代谢水平,对138名飞行员的发Zn、Cu、Mn和Mo含量作了测定。方法 对象为138名男性健康飞行员,年龄30~40岁;对照组为20名同地的健康男性地勤人员。发样采自枕部,每名对象取3~5g。用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定。结果 飞行员发Cu含量为9.52±1.45μg·g~(-1),明显高于对照组的8.66±1.11μg·g~(-1)(P<0.01);飞行员发Mo含量为0.0575±0.0122μg·g~(-1),明显低于对照组的0.0663±0.0108μg·g~(-1)(P<0.01)。另外,飞不同机种的飞行员之间的发Zn、Cu、Mn和Mo含量存在差异。结论 飞行员群体与一般人群在生活水平和身体状况上存在差异,这种差异也体现在发中微量元素含量上,这可能与职业环境因素有关。
OBJECTIVE To determine the levels of Zn, Cu, Mn and Mo in pilots, the Zn, Cu, Mn and Mo contents of 138 pilots were determined. Methods The subjects were 138 male healthy pilots, aged 30 to 40 years; the control group of 20 healthy male ground staff. Hair samples taken from the occipital, each object to take 3 ~ 5g. Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometric determination. Results The pilots had a Cu content of 9.52 ± 1.45μg · g ~ (-1), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (8.66 ± 1.11μg · g ~ (-1)) (P <0.01). The pilots developed Mo content of 0.0575 ± 0.0122μg · G ~ (-1), which was significantly lower than that of the control group (0.0663 ± 0.0108μg · g -1) (P <0.01). In addition, there are differences in Zn, Cu, Mn and Mo contents between pilots flying different types of aircraft. Conclusion There are differences in living standard and physical condition between pilots and the general population. This difference is also reflected in the content of trace elements in the hair, which may be related to occupational environmental factors.
