随着我国机械行业的不断发展,数控机床运用范围愈加广泛,而社会企业对数控专业人才的要求也越来越高。职业院校作为数控专业人才的主要培训渠道,向学生传授企业所需的专业技能,提高学生的综合素质,增强学生的发展潜力,是职业院校教育教学的根本任务。近几年来,通过不断地创新与探索,开始逐步在职业院校推行“工学一体化”教学模式。本文阐述了工学一体化教学的改革背景、条件、实施过程及推行工学一体化教学过程中的一些建议。
With the continuous development of China’s machinery industry, CNC machine tools more widely used, and social enterprises on the requirements of CNC professionals are also getting higher and higher. As the main training channel of NC professionals, vocational colleges should teach students the professional skills they need, improve students ’overall quality and enhance students’ potential for development. This is the fundamental task of vocational colleges in education and teaching. In recent years, through continuous innovation and exploration, began to gradually implement “integrated teaching and learning” teaching mode in vocational colleges. This article elaborates the reform background, conditions, implementation process and some suggestions in the process of the integrated teaching of work and study.
