本文论述了旧的工程项目建设体制存在较多弊端,已无法满足社会经济发展需要。提出应以遵循国际惯例,建立新的工程项目专业管理体制,认为提高项目管理技术水平是我国工程建设界的当务之急。 This paper discusses that there are many drawbacks in the old construction system of construction projects, and it has been unable to meet the needs of social and economic development. It is proposed that a new professional management system for engineering projects should be established in accordance with international practice, and that improving project management technology level is a top priority for China’s engineering construction community.
