在实验室条件下,对34种昆虫保幼激素衍生物,用玉米象与赤拟谷盗进行药效研究。玉米象对保幼激素敏感性差,50ppm对第二代成虫抑制率90%以上的药剂有6520,Z R512及6515三种。赤拟谷盗较敏感,JH_2,738,ZR515,1ppm即可抑制第二代成虫发生率达90%以上。其次ZR512,ZR513,6515亦在5 ppm有抑制效果。仓库小型试验表明:ZR512,6515与6520在50ppm剂量下,对玉米象、赤拟谷盗与米虱效果较好。保幼激素可阻止赤拟谷盗幼虫生长发育,出现幼虫——蛹及蛹——成虫中间型畸变现象,不能使当代害虫迅速死亡。
In laboratory conditions, 34 kinds of insect juvenile hormone derivatives, with corn and red tarragon efficacy studies. Maize like juvenile hormone sensitivity is poor, 50ppm on the second generation adult worm inhibition rate of more than 90% of the 6520, Z R512 and 6515 three. Red-tarrel more sensitive, JH_2, 738, ZR515, 1ppm can inhibit the second generation adult rate of more than 90%. Second, ZR512, ZR513, 6515 also have 5 ppm inhibitory effect. Small-scale warehouse experiments showed that: ZR512, 6515 and 6520 at the dose of 50ppm, on corn, red tarragon and rice lice better. Juvenile hormones can prevent the growth and development of erythropiematus larvae, and show the phenomenon of intermediate distortion of larva-pupa and pupa-adult, which can not prompt the rapid death of contemporary pests.
