【编者按】南京市溧水区石湫中学原本是一所义务教育农村薄弱学校,生源差、师资差、办学条件差。然而,他们没有抱怨,没有等待,没有得过且过,而是认真思考:基础教育薄弱学校如何发展?振兴薄弱学校的关键点在哪里?在教师。于是,他们紧紧扭住教师专业发展这个牛鼻子,狠抓教师校本研修,通过学校校本研修团队的不断反思和重构,改善教学环节,优化课堂结构,提高教学质量,发展教师队伍,提升学校内涵,一千就是15年,终于走上了一条可持续的良性发展之路。
