飞机水系统,为航空器客舱内人员提供饮用、清洁等用途的水资源并收集存储废弃的污水,是客舱必要的服务组成系统,其工作状态的好坏将直接影响乘坐该次航班旅客的感受,是航空公司对外服务形象和服务质量的重要判识点。清晰掌握水系统构成原理和正确开展日常勤务工作,既有利于提高航空公司飞机的日利用率,也能确保航空公司以良好的服务水准赢得旅客和市场的认同。
Airplane water systems, providing water for drinking, cleaning and other purposes to aircraft cabin personnel and collecting and storing the discarded waste water are necessary service components of the cabin. The quality of their working conditions will directly affect the passengers’ experience on this flight.
