比较储良广眼成花组与无花组叶片营养元素,观察到两组间Ca、Mg、Mn含量呈显著性差异。有利于成花的营养元素含量分别是Ca1.4×10×2.0×104(μg/g),Mg1.8×103~2.5×103(μg/g),Mn32~80(μg/g)。结合花前施肥补充Ca、Mg、Mn则可显著提高开花树的比例,本结果对提高储良广眼的产量具有重要现实意义。同时也观察到无花组K、P、Zn的含量与成花组无显著差异。
Comparing the nutrient elements in leaves of Chrysanthemum indicum flower group and non-flower group, the contents of Ca, Mg and Mn in the two groups showed significant difference. The contents of nutrient elements that are conducive to flower formation are respectively Ca1.4 × 10 × 2.0 × 104 (μg / g), Mg1.8 × 103-2.5 × 103 (μg / g), Mn32-80 (μg / g). The combination of pre-anthesis fertilization with Ca, Mg and Mn could significantly increase the proportion of flowering trees. The results are of great practical significance to improve the yield of broad-leaved Guanlie. At the same time, it was also observed that there was no significant difference in the content of K, P, Zn in the flowerless group compared with the flower-forming group.
