目的探讨内皮抑制素(endostmin)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growthfactor,VEGF)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子-2(fibroblast growth factor basic-2,FGF-2)在喉鳞状细胞癌(简称鳞癌)组织中的表达和临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术检测50例喉鳞癌、40例癌旁组织、10例正常组织中 Endostatin、VEGF 及 FGF-2的表达。结果 Endostatin、VEGF、FGF-2在喉鳞癌组织中的表达量及阳性表达率与癌旁组织和正常喉黏膜组织相比差异有统计学意义(P 值均<0.05);喉鳞癌组织中的表达量及阳性表达率均高于癌旁组织及正常喉黏膜组织,癌旁组织与正常喉黏膜组织之间的表达量及阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P 值均>0.05)。Endostatin、VEGF、FGF-2在喉鳞癌组织中的表达量及阳性表达率与淋巴结及临床分期有关,与临床分型、患者年龄及性别无关。结论Endostatin、VEGF 及 FGF-2与喉鳞癌的发生、发展密切相关,并可能影响预后。
Objective To investigate the expression of endostatin, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and fibroblast growth factor basic-2 (FGF-2) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma Squamous cell carcinoma) and its clinical significance. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of Endostatin, VEGF and FGF-2 in 50 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, 40 cases of paracancerous tissues and 10 cases of normal tissues. Results The expressions of Endostatin, VEGF and FGF-2 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in para-cancerous tissue and normal laryngeal mucosa (P <0.05) The expression and the positive expression rate were higher than those in para-cancerous tissue and normal laryngeal mucosa tissues. There was no significant difference in the expression level and positive expression rate between paracancerous tissue and normal laryngeal mucosa (P> 0.05). The expression and the positive rate of Endostatin, VEGF and FGF-2 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were related to the lymph node and clinical stage, but not to the clinical classification, age and gender of the patients. Conclusions Endostatin, VEGF and FGF-2 are closely related to the occurrence and development of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and may affect the prognosis.
