最近,我有幸参加了宁夏中语高级教师教学研讨会,大家交流经验,探讨教改问题,短短几天时间,自己感到受益匪浅。与此有关的一件事引起了我的深思:据会议组织者说,全区中语高级教师共有百余人,给每个人都发了通知,而实际前来参加这次研讨会的只有40多人,很多学校不重视教研活动可见一斑。我和与会老师、校领导谈起中学教研活动的情况,不少同志都说,中学教研活动搞得扎扎实实,卓有成效的,不能说没有,实在是太少了。相当一部分中学的教研活动,实事求是地讲,是徒有形式。看来,为提高教学质量,提高教师的素质,加强中学教研活动势在必行。
Recently, I had the privilege of attending a training seminar for senior teachers in the Chinese language in Ningxia. We exchanged experiences and discussed the problems of education reform. In just a few days, I felt very much benefited. One thing related to this has caused my deep thinking: According to the organizers of the conference, there are more than 100 senior Chinese language teachers in the region, and everyone has been notified, and only 40 actually came to attend the seminar. Many people, many schools do not attach importance to teaching and research activities can be seen. I talked with the teachers and leaders of the conference about the situation of secondary education and research activities. Many comrades said that the high-level teaching and research activities in secondary schools were solid and effective, and they could not be said to be too little. Quite a number of secondary school teaching and research activities are practical and realistic. It seems that in order to improve the quality of teaching and improve the quality of teachers, it is imperative to strengthen the teaching and research activities in middle schools.
