美国佛罗里达州磷块岩加工公司采用浮选精选细粒磷酸盐的选矿工艺早已定型。由于采用泡沫浮选工艺时,粗粒磷块岩的回收率较低,因而导致以絮凝磷酸盐的表面浮选为基础的新浮选方法得以发展。采用大型浮选机浮出粗颗粒磷酸盐的最新进展还不能令人确信它有较高的分选效率。引人注意的是,对浮选机的选择是根据各个公司对设备的喜爱,也基于这种机器的性能对该公司特有的给料粒度能否提高品级。对改善粗粒磷块岩选矿的各种工艺已经做过探讨,现将各个工艺的技术性能分别说明。
Phosphorite processing company in Florida, United States using flotation fine-grained phosphate dressing process has long been stereotypes. Due to the lower recovery of coarse-grained phosphorite in the froth flotation process, new flotation methods based on the surface flotation of flocculated phosphates have been developed. Recent advances in the use of large flotation machines to float coarse-grained phosphates have not convinced it of high separation efficiency. Notably, the choice of flotation machine is based on the company’s preference for equipment, and on the basis of the performance of the machine, whether the grade of feedstock specific to the company can be increased. Various processes for improving the beneficiation of coarse-grained phosphorite have been explored, and the technical performance of each process will be described separately.
