目的 探讨反流性食管炎(reflux esophagitis,RE)患者血胃泌素(gastrin,GAS)、胃动素(m otilin,MTL)、血管活性肠肽(vasoactive intestinalpeptide,VIP)、生长抑素(som atostatin,SS)的含量变化及其作用。方法 应用放射免疫法测定20 例RE患者及17 例健康志愿者空腹血中GAS、MTL、VIP、SS含量。结果 RE患者血浆VIP、SS明显高于健康志愿者(P< 0.05,P< 0.01),MTL与RE程度呈负相关(P< 0.01)。结论 RE患者可出现原发的或继发的胃肠激素水平的改变,MTL在RE发病中可能发挥重要作用
Objective To investigate the effects of gastrin (GAS), motilin (MTL), vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), somatostatin (som) in patients with reflux esophagitis (RE) atostatin, SS) content changes and its role. Methods The contents of GAS, MTL, VIP and SS in fasting blood of 20 RE patients and 17 healthy volunteers were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results Plasma VIP and SS in RE patients were significantly higher than those in healthy volunteers (P <0.05, P <0.01). MTL was negatively correlated with RE level (P <0.01). Conclusion Primary or secondary gastrointestinal hormones may be observed in patients with RE, and MTL may play an important role in the pathogenesis of RE
