提供公共服务是地方政府一项十分重要的基本职能,本文从地方政府公共服务职能提升理论出发,首先阐述了地方政府提供公共服务的必要性,符合我国建设的需要和民众生活的需要,是经济发展的需求;然后具体的描述了现阶段我国地方政府在提供公共服务过程当中存在偏重经济发展而忽视公共服务建设、资金投入不足等严重问题,强调了地方政府应该认真去思考自身的“缺位”与“失位”问题,从而采取措施提升公共服务能力建设,落实中央政府的政策,满足发展的多元化公共服务需求。
To provide public service is a very important basic function of local government.
