在煤矿生产中,电机运转时因其功率大会产生强烈的噪声和很多热量,严重影响了工作环境和机器的使用寿命。因此,设计了具有集热、降温和消声功能的的电机降温降噪综合系统。通过该装置有效地隔绝电机产生的噪声,同时将电机散发的热量收集起来,然后经过消声装置排到室外。
In coal mine production, when the motor is running, its power assembly produces strong noise and a lot of heat, seriously affecting the working environment and the service life of the machine. Therefore, the design of a cooling, noise reduction integrated system with heat collecting, cooling and muffling functions. By the device effectively cut off the noise generated by the motor, while the heat emitted by the motor to collect together, and then discharged through the muffler outdoor.
