由于注水井井下情况复杂,对恒流偏心配水堵塞器尤其是堵塞器阀芯的耐用性提出了很高的要求,这个难题也一直困扰着我们。本文在前人研究的基础上提出了一种新的阀芯热处理工艺——离子渗氮。文中从理论上对渗氮热处理工艺进行了系统分析,并与之前所做的渗碳热处理相比较,得出了渗氮可以用于恒流偏心配水堵塞器阀芯的热处理,并通过试验证明能满足井下工况要求的结论。
Due to the complicated underground water injection wells, high demands have been placed on the durability of constant-current eccentric water distribution plugs, especially plug plugs, which has also plagued us.
