众所周知,和平与发展一直是时代的主题,然而随着社会的不断进步发展,出现了各种各样的公共危机,对各个国家的社会系统都造成了巨大的破坏。特别是对中国来说,公共危机一直都是困扰的问题。目前,虽然我国在公共危机预防机制的探索路上已经有了很多的重大发现,并在实施的路上也取得了一定的成就,但是还是存在着许多的不足,特别是在公共危机预防意识、组织机制建设、信息系统建设和物资保障系统建设方面比较滞后。因此我们必须还要不断地努力不断地探索前进,才能很有效的持续发展。下面会通过结合国内外的在公共危机预防机制建设中的经验探索来提出我国如何使用一些方法来预防公共危机的问题。
It is known to all that peace and development have always been the theme of the times. However, with the continuous development of society, various public crises have emerged and have caused tremendous damage to the social systems of various countries. Especially for China, the public crisis has always been a bothering issue. At present, although China has made a lot of major discoveries in the exploration of the public crisis prevention mechanism and has made some achievements on the way of implementation, there are still many deficiencies, especially in the prevention of public crisis and the organizational mechanism Construction, construction of information system and material security system lag behind. Therefore, we must continue our efforts to continuously explore and make progress so that we can achieve effective and sustainable development. The following will combine the domestic and foreign public crisis prevention mechanisms in the building of the experience to explore how to use our country to prevent some public crisis.
