以高油玉米115为研究材料,采用盆栽和微区试验方法,观察干旱胁迫下根系的生长发育状况,以及干旱胁迫对籽粒产量和品质的影响,旨在为连年干旱条件下该类玉米品种的合理布局和生产上的有效管理提供理论依据。结果表明,干旱胁迫对玉米根系的生长发育、籽粒产量和品质都有较大影响,其中对根长的影响比对根生物量的影响更显著,对籽粒产量的影响比对品质的影响更显著。干旱胁迫抑制了玉米植株根系的生长,导致产量降低、品质变差。
Taking high-oil corn 115 as the research material, the growth and development of the root system under drought stress and the effects of drought stress on the grain yield and quality were observed by pot and micro-region test. The aim was to study the effects of drought stress on the growth, Reasonable layout and production of effective management to provide a theoretical basis. The results showed that drought stress had a significant effect on the growth and development of maize roots and grain yield and quality. The effect on root length was more significant than that on root biomass, and the effect on grain yield was more significant than that on quality . Drought stress inhibited the growth of corn plant roots, resulting in reduced yield and poor quality.
