目的探讨超声引导微创手术治疗颅内肿瘤的临床效果。方法 35例颅内肿瘤患者应用超声引导微创手术,观察分析其效果。结果 35例患者均行完全切除,无一例发生新的神经功能障碍,无病例出现颅内感染,随访3个月,没有出现因手术导致的并发症。结论超声引导微创手术是一种可行且实时定位肿瘤的方法,在神经外科微创手术中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive surgery for intracranial tumors. Methods Thirty-five patients with intracranial tumors underwent ultrasound-guided minimally invasive surgery and their effects were observed and analyzed. Results All the 35 patients underwent complete resection. No new neurological dysfunction occurred and no intracranial infection occurred. All the patients were followed up for 3 months. No complications resulted from the operation. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided minimally invasive surgery is a feasible and real-time method for tumor localization. It has a high value in minimally invasive surgery of neurosurgery.
