采用传统陶瓷固相烧结工艺,制备了Al掺杂Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3陶瓷,采用Archimedes排水法测定陶瓷的体密度,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)观察陶瓷的物相结构,研究了Al掺杂对BST陶瓷介电性能和热释电性能的影响。实验结果表明,Al掺杂可以明显改善陶瓷的介电性能和热释电性能。当Al掺杂摩尔含量为3%时,BST陶瓷具有最佳热释电性能,在100 kHz测得其介电常数为6179.1,介电损耗为0.0016,探测率优值为5.69×10-5C.m3/2/(J.F1/2)。
The Al-doped Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 ceramics were prepared by the traditional ceramic solid-phase sintering process. The bulk density of the ceramics was measured by Archimedes drainage method. The phase structure of the ceramics was observed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) Effect of Dielectric Properties and Pyroelectric Properties on BST Ceramics. Experimental results show that Al doping can significantly improve the dielectric properties and pyroelectric properties of ceramics. When the content of Al doping is 3%, the BST ceramics have the best pyroelectric properties, the dielectric constant is 6179.1 at 100 kHz, the dielectric loss is 0.0016 and the detection rate is 5.69 × 10-5C. m3 / 2 / (J.F1 / 2).
