应用CAFE法对中碳45钢的凝固组织进行了模拟研究。分别对连铸工艺参数和模拟凝固组织的形核参数进行了分析,其中工艺参数包括浇注温度和拉坯速度,形核参数包括平均形核过冷度和最大形核密度。结果表明,工艺参数和形核参数均对凝固组织有影响;平均形核过冷度的增大和浇注温度的提高,会降低凝固组织中的等轴晶率;最大形核密度和拉坯速度的增大,使得凝固组织中等轴晶率减少。
The solidification structure of medium carbon 45 steel was simulated by CAFE method. The parameters of continuous casting and the nucleation parameters of simulated solidified structure were analyzed respectively. The process parameters included pouring temperature and casting speed, and the parameters of nucleation including average nucleation undercooling and maximum nucleation density. The results show that both the process parameters and the nucleation parameters affect the solidified microstructure. The increase of the average nucleation undercooling and the increase of the pouring temperature will reduce the equiaxed grain rate in the solidified structure. The maximum nucleation density and the casting speed Increases, so that the solidification of the equiaxed crystal rate decreased.
