有机金属试剂如有机镁、有机锂等均是有机合成化学中早已广为应用的合成试剂。最近才发展起来的有机铜试剂显示了更突出的反应性能。它不仅能发生多种类型的化学反应,而且这些反应又具有很好的区域选择性和立体选择性,提供了许多极有合成价值的形成碳-碳键的新方法。有机铜试剂在合成上的应用受到了人们普遍的重视。对有机铜化合物的结构、反应性能及反应机理的研究发展极为迅速。本文仅就有机铜试剂的制备、结构和在合成上的应用,作一扼要的评述。
Organometallic reagents such as organomagnesium, organolithium, etc. are synthetic reagents that have long been widely used in organic synthesis chemistry. Organic copper reagents, which have only recently been developed, show more pronounced reactivity. It can not only produce many types of chemical reactions, and these reactions have good regioselectivity and stereoselectivity, providing a lot of very valuable synthesis of carbon - carbon bond of the new method. Organic copper reagents in the synthesis of the application has been widespread attention. The research on the structure, reactivity and reaction mechanism of organic copper compounds has been developed rapidly. This article only on the organic copper reagent preparation, structure and application in synthesis, make a brief comment.
