目的:考察七宝美髯口服液对SAMP8小鼠学习记忆功能及海马Neu N、Nampt和Aβ和表达的影响。方法:SAMP8小鼠灌胃给予七宝美髯口服液,SAMR1小鼠平行对照,连续干预60d,采用Morris水迷宫法考察小鼠学习记忆功能,采用免疫组化法考察小鼠海马Neu N、Aβ和Nampt的表达。结果:与模型对照组比较,七宝美髯口服液(1.44g/kg)能显著提高SAMP8小鼠的学习记忆能力,缩短逃避潜伏期,增加小鼠进入平台象限次数,提高进入平台象限百分比;能显著促进海马Neu N和Nampt的表达,提高其平均光密度值;能显著抑制小鼠海马Aβ的表达,降低其平均光密度值。结论:七宝美髯口服液能够改善SAMP8小鼠的学习记忆功能,该作用与其增强SAMP8小鼠海马Neu N和Nampt表达,抑制Aβ的表达有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Qibao Meijie oral liquid on learning and memory and the expression of Neu N, Nampt and Aβ in hippocampus of SAMP8 mice. Methods: SAMP8 mice were intragastrically given Qibao Meijie oral solution and SAMR1 mice were treated with parallel control for 60 days. Morris water maze test was used to investigate the learning and memory abilities in mice. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect Neu N, Aβ and Nampt expression. Results: Compared with the model control group, Qibaomeilezheng oral liquid (1.44g / kg) can significantly improve the learning and memory ability, shorten the escape latency and increase the number of mice into the platform quadrant, and increase the percentage of entering the platform quadrant; can significantly promote The expression of Neu N and Nampt in the hippocampus increased the average optical density, and significantly inhibited the expression of Aβ in the hippocampus of mice and decreased the average optical density. Conclusion: Qibaomeile oral liquid can improve the learning and memory function of SAMP8 mice, which may be related to enhancing the expression of Neu N and Nampt in the hippocampus and inhibiting the expression of Aβ in SAMP8 mice.
