中华人民共和国财政部与德勤国际会计公司于1993年2月5日在北京签订了会计准则咨询项目合同。财政部副部长金人庆,会计事务管理司司长张德明、副司长张汉兴、余秉坚,德勤国际会计公司国际和亚太地区董事艾雷格、亚太地区总经理唐大伟、中国部董事总经理李德泰,世界银行北京代表处副代表万得乐,以及财政部、中国人民银行、经贸部、国家税务局等有关领导出席了签字仪式。财政部会计司副司长张汉兴、德勤国际会计公司中国部董事总经理李德泰分别代表双方在合同上签字。
The People’s Republic of China Ministry of Finance and Deloitte & Touche International signed a contract for accounting standards consulting project in Beijing on February 5, 1993. Vice Minister of Finance Jin Renqing, Zhang Deming, Director of Accounting Affairs Division Zhang Hanxing, Deputy Director Zhang Hanxing, Yu Bingjian, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu International Director of International Accounting Asia and Asia Pacific Region, David Tang, General Manager of Asia Pacific Region, Li Tai Tai, Managing Director of China Deputy General Representative of Beijing Representative Office of Beijing Bank, and leaders from the Ministry of Finance, the People’s Bank of China, the Ministry of Economy and Trade, the State Administration of Taxation, attended the signing ceremony. Zhang Hanxing, deputy director of the accounting department of the Ministry of Finance, and Li Tai-tai, managing director of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, China, respectively, signed the contract on behalf of both parties.
