骨胳肌是全身利用葡萄糖的最主要组织,葡萄糖跨细胞膜转运是骨胳肌葡萄糖代谢的限速步骤.葡萄糖的跨膜转运是由位于细胞膜上的葡萄糖载体(glu-cose transporter,GLUT)介导并以易化扩散方式实现的.目前已发现5种葡萄糖载体,骨胳肌中存在2种,即GLUT_1和GLUT_(4).GLUT_1主要存在于红细胞、血脑屏障、胎盘等中,也存在于骨胳肌、心肌及脂肪组织中;GLUT_4则只存在于对胰岛素敏感的组织,如骨胳肌、心肌及脂肪组织中.这两种GLUT在骨胳肌细胞中的含量、分布及对葡萄糖的跨膜转运功能的改变,
