追求满足程度的最大化是人们行为的出发点和归宿。在安全生产中,该目标的实现方式随机制的不同面转移。所以,促使员工做出安全道德的选择,不是要求他们放弃自己的利益或不再追求满足程度的最大化。而在于规范和完善安全系统的运转机制,使员工实现自我利益的方式与企业、社会的要求相一致,并升华为一种崇高感情的满足。SA8000标准给我们提供了相应的机制与运行模式。
The pursuit of maximum satisfaction is the starting point and destination of people’s behavior. In safety production, the way to achieve this goal varies with the different aspects of the system. Therefore, to force employees to make safety and ethical choices, is not asking them to give up their own interests or no longer pursue the satisfaction of the maximum. But in regulating and perfecting the operating mechanism of the safety system so that employees can realize their own interests in ways consistent with the requirements of enterprises and the society and sublimate them into satisfying sublime feelings. SA8000 standard gives us the appropriate mechanism and mode of operation.
