“Liberal Writing” is a method of writing that has emerged in the middle and elementary schools and even universities in recent years. In the United States, theorists in this area include Deborah Fox, Charles Sur, and Ken McClory. The main content of “free writing” is to allow students to write under the premise that there is no proposition in the prescribed time. The center is to let students “open and write”, which is somewhat similar to our “bravehearted writing”. However, the latter is generally only suitable for primary school grade students. This writing method encourages students to write what they want to write, is not bound by any traditional writing framework, and can write essays, novels, explanatory texts, argumentative essays, and reportage. Poems can also be written. That is, you can write as you like, and your thoughts are freely bent and penned. The purpose is to cultivate and significantly improve students’ independent writing skills.
