《义务教育化学课程标准》指出:“使每一个学生以愉快的心情去学习生动有趣的化学,激励学生积极探究化学变化的奥秘,增强学生学习化学的兴趣和学好化学的自信心,培养学生终身学习的意识和能力,树立为民族复兴和社会进步而勤奋学习的志向。”然而,初中生在开始学习化学的时候,都是满腔热情,但随着知识的深入,学术性内容的增多,大部分学生开始失去好奇心,从而导致学习的积极性、主动性减弱,逐步导致化学课堂效率较低。
