为进一步完善和发展多层次社会医疗保障体系,发挥工会医疗互助保障对社会医疗保障体系的补充作用,合理减轻职工的医疗负担。近日,靖江市政府出台了《在职职工医疗互助暂行办法》。《办法》规定,凡参加靖江市城镇职工基本医疗保险的机关、企事业、社会团体、民办非企业单位的在职职工,均可参加医疗互助活动。医疗互助期限每三年为一周期,医疗互助费可由单位出资支付,或由单位、工会组织与个人共同负担。
In order to further improve and develop the multi-level social medical security system, we should give full play to the complementary role of medical mutual assistance in trade unions to the social medical insurance system and reasonably reduce the medical burden on employees. Recently, Jingjiang municipal government promulgated the “Interim Measures for Medical Workers Mutual Benefit”. “Measures” stipulates that all participating Jingjiang City, the basic medical insurance for urban workers agencies, enterprises, social organizations, private non-enterprise units of working staff, can participate in medical mutual aid activities. The period of medical mutual aid is one cycle every three years. The medical mutual aid fee can be paid by the unit or borne by the unit, the trade union organization and the individual.
