塑料大棚栽培是目前冬春季蔬菜栽培的主要方式之一。由于塑料薄膜密封好,对保温有利,但气体交换不良,导致大棚内中午由于强烈的光合作用而使CO_2亏缺。同时由于塑料薄膜对光线的吸收,使早晚光照不足。为摸清塑料大棚内光合环境及光合作用状况,以期通过改善蔬菜的碳素营养,摸索大棚蔬菜增产途径,我们于1988~1987年度分别在商丘市蔬菜研究所及本校进行了试验,现将试验结果整理如下。
