[简评]rnPRODIGE 24-ACCORD研究应该说是2018年美国临床肿瘤学会(American Society of Clinical Oncology,ASCO)年会上胰腺癌领域最吸引眼球的口头报告.该研究旨在比较改良的FOLFIRINOX三药方案对照单药吉西他滨在胰腺癌辅助治疗中的效果,令人振奋的不仅在于主要终点无疾病生存期(disease-free survival,DFS)接近1倍的提高(21.6个月 vs 12.8个月),也在于所有研究者更为看重的次要终点之一总生存期(overall survival,OS)的大幅度提高(54.4个月 vs 35.0个月).
