目的分析CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检在肺部占位病变中的诊断价值。方法选取从2014年6月-2015年6月该院收治的行CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检患者45例,对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术对肺部占位性病变的临床诊断价值。结果 45例患者均一次性取材成功,取材成功率为100.0%,经皮肺穿刺活检的确诊率为97.8%(44/45)。恶性肿瘤34例(75.6%),良性肿瘤10例(22.2%),1例穿刺病理检查提示为炎性细胞浸润,术后病理证实为鳞癌。结论 CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术是一种损伤小、安全性高、操作方便、确诊率高的检查手段,临床值得推广。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy in the lesions of the lungs. Methods From June 2014 to June 2015, 45 cases of percutaneous pulmonary biopsy under CT guidance were admitted to our hospital. The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed. The diagnosis rate of percutaneous pulmonary biopsy was 97.8% (44/45). 34 cases (75.6%) of malignant tumors and 10 benign tumors (22.2%). The pathological examination of 1 case showed inflammatory cell infiltration and the pathological examination confirmed squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy is a less invasive, safe, easy to operate, the diagnosis rate is high, which is worth clinical promotion.
