高中英语词汇量大、阅读量大且难度大,英语课程节数有限,英语语言环境匮乏。此外,高中生还要承受着巨大的升学压力。这些不利因素导致学生对英语的学习兴趣呈现出减弱的趋势,从而进一步导致学生学习效率低下,成绩不理想,而这必将使学生承受更大的升学压力。这样,高中生的英语学习就陷入了一个恶性循环。而这一切是老师最不愿意看到的。“从心理学角度讲,兴趣是人力求探究某种事物或从事某种活动的认识倾向。”[1]因此,我们在开展高中英语的教学工作时,充分激发并调动起学生们学习热情和积极性就成了我们实现事半功倍、学生收获颇丰、教学效果最大化的前提和保障。经过多年的摸索、学习和实践,在优化教学方法的问题上,我有了自己的深入思考和切身体会。在本文中我将详细探究几种尽可能极大调动学生学习主动性且使课堂教学生动的教学方法。
High school English vocabulary, reading large and difficult, limited number of English courses, the English language environment is scarce. In addition, high school students also have to bear the huge pressure of further studies. These unfavorable factors lead to students’ interest in learning English showing a tendency to weaken, which further leads to inefficient learning and unsatisfactory results, which will surely put students under greater pressure of further studies. In this way, high school students learning in English caught in a vicious circle. And all this is the teacher most do not want to see. “Psychologically, interest is the tendency of people to seek something or to engage in something.” [1] Therefore, when we are teaching high school English, we stimulate and mobilize students to learn Enthusiasm and enthusiasm has become our prerequisite and guarantee for achieving a multiplier, a great student achievement, and a maximizing teaching effectiveness. After years of exploration, study and practice, I have had my own thoughts and personal experiences in optimizing the teaching methods. In this article, I will explore in detail several teaching methods that greatly motivate student learning initiatives and make classroom teaching vivid.
