陶瓷磨具制造中一般把CaO的引入视为禁忌,但国外的一些结合剂中却含有CaO,玻璃加和性质也认为CaO有利于提高结合剂强度。究竟CaO对陶瓷结合剂的具体影响及机理如何,本文对含CaO陶瓷结合剂进行了初步研究。结果表明:CaO的引入并非绝对禁忌,在一定的CaO加入量范围内,结合剂强度能够满足磨具制造要求;CaO在一定加入量范围内对结合剂具有催熔作用;CaO的存在的确降低了磨具的强度,但钙斜长石的形成与存在并非是影响磨具强度的唯一因素。
In general, the introduction of CaO is regarded as a taboo in the manufacture of ceramic grinding tools. However, some foreign bonding agents contain CaO, and the addition of CaO is also believed to improve the bonding strength. The results show that the introduction of CaO is not an absolute contraindication. In the range of CaO addition, the strength of the bonding agent can meet the requirements of abrasive manufacturing. CaO has a catalytic effect on the binding agent within a certain amount of addition, and the existence of CaO indeed decreases The strength of the abrasive, but the formation and presence of calcium plagioclase is not the only factor that affects the strength of the abrasive.
