国内外对杀虫脒毒性的研究多为动物实验资料,缺少流行病学资料加以判定。为此,我们对上海吴淞化工厂杀虫脒车间进行五年(1977～1981)的调查观察,试图最终为评价杀虫脒毒性和制定卫生标准提供一定的科学依据。该厂采用光气法生产25％杀虫脒盐酸水剂,三道工序:成盐缩合、氯化、中和,基本上系密闭管道化生产和隔离式操作,包装原为手工灌装(20kg塑料桶),1979年起改为机械灌瓶(1kg塑料瓶)、
Most domestic and foreign studies on the toxicity of chlordimeform to animal experimental data, lack of epidemiological data to be determined. For this reason, we investigated the chlordimeform workshop in Shanghai Wusong Chemical Plant for five years (1977-1981) and tried to provide some scientific evidences for the evaluation of the toxicity of chlordimeform and the formulation of hygiene standards in the end.
