现代教育的发展,揭示了体育的多功能特征。它具有发展身体、增强体质的生物学功能,促进心理品质发展的心理学功能,还具有进行思想教育的教育学功能以及社会学、美术、娱乐、生活等多种功能。作为学校教育重要组成部分的体育教学,光凭死板单调、枯燥乏味的传统的教育方法是不能完成这一历史使命的。那么,如何捕捉兴趣,迎合儿童心理特征和心理需求展开教学活动,是体育教学改革的重要课题。
The development of modern education reveals the multi-functional characteristics of sports. It has the function of developing the body, enhancing the biological function of the constitution, promoting the psychology function of the development of psychological quality, and also has the educational function of ideological education as well as many functions such as sociology, art, entertainment and life. As an important part of school education, physical education can not accomplish this historic mission simply by traditional methods of education which are dull and boring. So, how to capture the interest and meet the psychological needs of children and psychological needs of teaching activities, is an important issue of the reform of physical education.
