中缅油气管道工程为油气双管并行敷设,管道通过怒江、澜沧江等V形山间峡谷时,需要采用跨越方式通过。针对中缅油气管道双管并行敷设的特点,对跨越处油气管道双管是否同桥进行了论证。介绍了国内外标准对双管同桥布置的要求,列举了国内外双管跨越实例。从结构设计和运营角度对比分析了双管同桥布置与单管分桥布置方案的安全性、经济性、环保性及风险概率,并提出了中缅管道跨越同桥的设计方案,详细介绍了管桥基础、塔架、索系、应力分析、管材、防腐,以及阀室、避雷和预警监测设计。
The oil and gas pipeline project in Burma has been laid in parallel with oil and gas pipelines. When the pipeline passes through V-shaped mountain canyons such as the Nujiang River and the Lancang River, it needs to adopt a cross-over approach. Aiming at the characteristics of parallel pipe laying of oil and gas pipelines in China and Myanmar, the feasibility of double pipe connecting oil and gas pipelines is demonstrated. The domestic and international standards are introduced to the requirements of double-bridge layout. The examples of double-pipe spanning at home and abroad are listed. From the perspective of structural design and operation, the safety, economy, environmental protection and risk probability of double-pipe layout and single-pipe layout are contrasted and analyzed, and the design scheme of crossing the same bridge between China and Burma is proposed.
