本文研究了白细胞精子症病人精浆sIL-2R水平和HSPIM水平变化。发现白细胞精子症精浆中sIL-2R水平明显高于正常生育或非白细胞精子症的不育症对照组,而HSPIM却明显低于各对照组;同时sIL-2R水平和HSPIM水平之间为负相关关系。结果提示:白细胞精子症精浆sIL-2R水平升高时,男性生殖管道壁中淋巴细胞处于活化状态,它可能会引起白细胞大量进入精液,另外HSPIM水平下降可能是引起淋巴细胞活化的原因或是它在减少IL-2R表达过程中被消耗所致。
In this paper, we studied the changes of sIL-2R and HSPIM in patients with leukocyte spermatozoa. Found sLE-2R levels in leukocyte sperm seminal plasma was significantly higher than that of normal or non-leukocyte spermatozoa, but HSPIM was significantly lower than that of the control group; at the same time, the level of sIL-2R and HSPIM was negative relationship. The results suggest that when leukocyte sperm seminal plasma sIL-2R levels are elevated, the lymphocytes in the male reproductive ductal wall are activated, which may lead to a large number of white blood cells into the seminal fluid, the other HSPIM levels may be caused by lymphocyte activation or It is depleted in the process of reducing IL-2R expression.
