俗语说,“小人自欺,君子知过”。这里所说的小人和君子,可以定义为难以成就事业的庸人和能成就大业的能才。人和是成就事业的关键条件,如果企业老板和主管自欺欺人,把应该由自己承担的责任,推给下属员工,这必然会恶化老板和主管与下属员工之间的关系,毁坏成就事业的人和条件。相反,如果老板和主管勇于承认错误,承担责任,甚至直接把由下属员工的过失导致的问题责任都担当起来,这就可以起到团结下属员工、安慰下属员工、稳定下属员工忠诚心的作用。
