面对高职阶段的财务管理教学改革,老师们不仅需要考虑当前学生遇到的主要困难,还应深入反思自身工作中的漏洞和缺陷,以工作流程理念作为出发点,人们会发现很多之前教学实践中所忽略的环节,比如授课之初缺乏专业学科以及相关职业的系统介绍、讲授中缺少案例支持、学生难以建立专业模型等等。针对此类问题,老师们还需要不断的完善专业教学的严谨性,发散思维,为学生提供更加立体的学科体验。
