提及“研究”,似乎只能研究别人。“灯下黑”的情形并不鲜见,其结果是既发现不了自己的特长和优势,同时又找不出自身的缺点和存在的危机。一人是如此,一企业、一集体,乃至一国家,莫不类焉。 比如,下岗后再就业,立下雄心壮志,非“白领”“老板”不做;比如企业效益好,口吐狂言,目空一切,不愿参加社会保险,等等。这些现象,如果探究起来,最根本的其实是一个,就是“不认识自己”。这个结论未免让人难以接受,但并非耸人听闻、无中生有。
When it comes to “research,” it seems that only people can be studied. It is not uncommon for the situation that “the lamp is dark”. As a result, it can not find its own strengths and advantages, but can not find its own shortcomings and the existing crisis. One person is so, a business, a collective, and even a country, no class. For example, laid-off and then employment, set ambitious, non-“white-collar” “boss” does not do; such as business efficiency, voracious, empty head, unwilling to participate in social insurance, and so on. If we look into these phenomena, the most fundamental one is the one that “does not know ourselves.” This conclusion is unacceptable, but not sensational, out of nothing.
