为了解决带式烧结机上用铁精矿粉烧结生产率低下的难题,日本钢管公司开发了一种新的铁矿石复合球团烧结法(HybridPelletized Sinter Method),称之谓“HPS”法。其特点是:(1)产品中SiO_2、的含量低于5%,与球团矿相当;(2)球团颗粒之间主要由细赤铁矿和细铁酸钙组成的扩散结构连结;(3)高温还原期内球团颗粒表面生成的金属外壳,对炉内冶炼过程不产生有害影响;(4)球团烧结矿的葡萄状外形,不易产生滚动,能适应高炉炉顶布料的控制要求。
In order to solve the problem of low productivity of sintering of iron ore concentrate on a belt sintering machine, Nippon Steel Corporation has developed a new Hybrid Pelletized Sinter Method called “HPS” method. Its characteristics are: (1) the content of SiO 2 in the product is less than 5%, which is equivalent to the pellets; (2) the diffusion between the pellets is mainly composed of fine hematite and calcium ferrite; ( 3) The metal shell formed on the pellet surface during the high-temperature reduction period has no harmful influence on the smelting process in the furnace; (4) The grape-like shape of the pellet sinter is not easy to roll and can meet the control requirements of the blast furnace roof fabric .
