多年前替某大企业内训,见一位30出头的学员表现出众,便问他:“你有几年工作经验?”稍加沉思后答:“约有19年。”又难以置信地问道:“那么年轻怎可能有这么多年经验?”答:“我高中毕业进工厂,两年后去当兵,退伍后再回原厂,前后12年多,但因订单超载,长期每天加班4小时,折算出19年左右……”听后令人既喜且悲,喜的是十数年加班如一日精神可感,悲的是还要加班到何时,乃棒喝道:“年资不等于经验!”
Many years ago for a big company in house training, when a student in his early 30s performed outstandingly, he asked him: “How many years of work experience do you have?” After a little contemplation, “About 19 years.” Unbelievably asked: “How could young people have so many years of experience?” A: “I graduated from high school and went to the factory two years later.
