钻井平台齿条焊接时存在冷裂倾向、热影响区性能变化和焊接变形等问题。本文经过分析,选用ASTM A514作为齿条用钢,对其焊接性能和工艺设计进行了研究,制定了合理的焊接工艺参数。结合齿条对接焊缝收缩量的理论计算和试验测量结果,测算了焊后横向收缩量,为产品设计了专用工装。焊接工艺评定试验和产品实测结果表明,齿条的焊接工艺设计方案合理,焊前预留计算值的收缩余量能够保证齿条焊后尺寸精度。
Drilling platform rack welding cold cracking tendency exists, heat-affected zone performance changes and welding deformation and other issues. After analyzing this paper, we choose ASTM A514 as the rack steel, studied its welding performance and process design, and set reasonable welding process parameters. Combined with the theoretical calculation of the shrinkage of the butt weld and the experimental measurement results, the amount of lateral shrinkage after welding was calculated and the special tooling was designed for the product. The results of the welding process qualification test and the product test show that the design scheme of the welding process of the rack is reasonable and the shrinkage margin reserved before welding can ensure the dimensional accuracy of the rack after welding.
