创新教育是教育改革的主旋律,它包含两层意思,一是指教育模式、手段、方法、观念等的创新;二是指传授知识的同时,注重培养学生的创新素质,提高学生的创新能力。创新能力是创新主体的创新潜能的升华,是创新潜能的显化。创新潜能人皆有之,但并非在任何情况下都能自由地表现出来,要通过专门的学习或培训通过创新教育的实施而被激发出来的,所以在教育中必须重视开发学生的创新潜能。
