1983年5月,中国科学院在农村能源攻关论证会上提出:从现在起到1987年要研究并建成六个不同模式的农村能源试验村,以取得向全国不同地区推广的经验。河北栾城农村能源试验村就是其中的一个。经过一年多的科技攻关,栾城能源村发展很快,已经成为我国农村能源建设上的一枝瑰丽的花朵,并结出了累累硕果。一、一批单项技术成果经济效益显著 (一) 钢筋—玻纤增强水泥结构塑料温室骨架温室是一种直接利用太阳能从事作物栽培育苗等生产活动的农业设施。我国现有温室由于骨架的结构与性能落后,以及成本高等原因,在一定程度上限制了覆盖面积的快速增长,因而迫切需要研制一种性能好、成本低、易推广的新型温室骨架。
May 1983, the Chinese Academy of Sciences argued in rural energy argument: from now until 1987 to study and build six different modes of rural energy pilot villages in order to obtain the promotion of different regions of the country’s experience. Hebei Luancheng rural energy pilot village is one of them.
