目的:建立测定梗脉通颗粒中葛根素含量的方法。方法:用高效液相色谱法测定梗脉通颗粒中葛根素的含量,色谱柱为Diamonsil~(TM)C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(35:65)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min~(-1),检测波长为250 nin,柱温为35℃。结果:葛根素在9.4~112.8μg·mL~(-1)范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.73%(RSD为1.57%)。结论:所建立的方法准确、可靠,专属性强,可有效控制梗脉通颗粒的质量。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of puerarin in Minmaitong Granules. Methods: The content of puerarin in Semailong Granules was determined by HPLC. Diamonsil TM C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) As the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min -1, the detection wavelength was 250 nin and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results: The calibration curve of puerarin was linear in the range of 9.4 ~ 112.8μg · mL ~ (-1) with r = 0.999 9 and the average recovery was 99.73% (RSD 1.57%). Conclusion: The established method is accurate, reliable and specific. It can effectively control the quality of the granules.
