目的了解广西居民饮用水中碘的水平及分布情况,为广西因地制宜的防治碘缺乏病提供科学依据。方法按照《2016年广西重点地方病防治与监测工作指导意见》中关于居民饮用水水碘监测方案进行调查采样,采用水碘检测试剂盒检测水碘含量。结果全区共检测水样6 993份,水碘中位数为2.0μg/L,范围为0.0-224.0μg/L;<2.0μg/L的水样3330份(47.62%),<10.0μg/L的水样6 056份(86.60%),>150.0μg/L的水样1份(0.01%)。结论广西居民饮用水碘含量总体处于较低水平,个别村屯存在高碘水源,全区应继续实行普食碘盐以提高人群碘营养水平。
Objective To understand the level and distribution of iodine in drinking water of Guangxi residents and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders in Guangxi according to local conditions. Methods According to the Guidance Opinions on Guidance on Prevention and Monitoring of Key Infectious Diseases in Guangxi in 2016, samples were collected for water iodine monitoring of drinking water for residents and water iodine detection kit was used to detect water iodine content. Results A total of 6 993 water samples were collected and the median water iodine concentration was 2.0 μg / L in the range of 0.0-224.0 μg / L; 3330 (47.62%) and <10.0 μg / 6 056 samples (86.60%) of water sample and 1 water sample (0.01%) of> 150.0μg / L sample. Conclusion The iodine content in drinking water of Guangxi residents is generally low, with high iodine content in individual villages. The general population should continue to apply iodized salt to improve the iodine nutrition of the population.
