在机器中因轴承报废可能会引起严重的后果,但是,提前更换轴承又是不经济的,造成成本和劳动力的损失,而且每次停产检修都给生产带来损失。因此,如何连续检查轴承的运转状态,及时发现轴承出现疲劳损伤的情况,合理安排检修轴承,将给生产带来好处。SKF轴承公司1966年研制的MEPA10A和MEPA21A(图 1)就是用于连续测试轴承运转状态的,它可以对铁道车辆、矿山机械(包括矿场起重机、轧碎机、矿石磨碎机等)、造纸机械和电动机等所采用的轴承作定期检查,可免于轴承突然
Bearing scrap in the machine can have serious consequences, but it is uneconomical to replace the bearing early, resulting in cost and labor losses, with production downtime each time it is taken out of service. Therefore, how to continuously check the running status of the bearing and find out the fatigue damage occurred in the bearing timely, and to arrange the bearing maintenance reasonably will bring benefits to the production. The MEPA10A and MEPA21A (Figure 1), developed by SKF Bearing Company in 1966, are used to continuously test the running status of bearings. They can be used on railway vehicles, mining machinery (including mine cranes, crushers, ore mills, etc.) Mechanical and motor bearings used for regular inspection, from the bearing suddenly
