自2010年年末突尼斯发生茉莉花革命,引发了中东北非多个国家的持续动乱,但结果却并不一样。究其缘由,对媒体的管理与运用的不同,是一个不可忽视的重要原因。这对于我们应对各种社会危机事件时,如何有效管理媒体、充分发挥媒体的正面作用,有很多启迪:一是要正确认识危机事件信息特点及其传播规律;二是要高度重视媒体对危机事件的影响;三是要坚持管理媒体的三个原则;四是在危机事件的不同阶段对媒体的管理与运用有不同的具体措施。
Since the end of 2010, the jasmine revolution in Tunisia has triggered continued unrest in many countries in the Middle East, North Africa and Africa, but the result has not been the same. The reason, the different media management and use, is an important reason that can not be ignored. This is a lot of enlightenment on how to effectively manage the media and give full play to the positive role of the media when dealing with various social crisis events. First, we must correctly understand the characteristics of the information on the crisis events and their laws of communication. Second, we must attach great importance to media coverage of the crisis events Thirdly, we must uphold the three principles of managing the media. Fourth, we have different concrete measures for the management and application of the media in different stages of the crisis.
