The study found that teacher expectations have a significant impact on student self-fulfillment. This paper defines the definition of teacher’s expectation, analyzes the impact of teacher’s expectation on students’ self-actualization, and puts forward an effective strategy of how to use teacher’s expectation to help students to realize themselves.
