作为参政党,民主党派应以提高参政议政水平为目标,以全面提高党派的整体素质为基础,以建设高素质的参政议政队伍为根本,增强参政议政意识。提高民主党派的参政议政能力是坚持和完善中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度的必然要求,是民主党派自身发展的内在要求,也是加强中国共产党执政能力建设的迫切需要。
As a participating party, the democratic parties should increase the level of participating in the deliberation and administration of state affairs, take the overall quality of the party as an example and the constituency of high-quality political participation and deliberation as the basis to enhance the awareness of participating in the deliberation and administration of state affairs. Improving the ability of democratic parties to participate in the deliberations and administration of politics is an inevitable requirement for upholding and perfecting the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation led by the Chinese Communist Party, an inherent requirement of the development of the democratic parties themselves, and an urgent need to strengthen the building of the CPC’s governing capability.
